We’re surrounded by great local independents on Welford Road, from a wonderful bakery and a brilliant vegan burger spot just across the road to a coffee shop a few doors down that makes a lovely oat latte. There’s amazing food and drink right on your doorstep, open at convenient times through the day.
Rest easy
Every bed is dressed in premium 500 thread count cotton-blend bedding, with plush 600GSM towels that are thick, soft and made for sinking into. Our bamboo gowns are chosen for softness and durability, and our logo is embroidered by Pete. If you’d like a gown to take home, you can purchase one, and we can add your name to the right side for an additional cost. Just let us know before or during your stay and we’ll have it ready at the property or send it to you.
Little luxuries
Our toiletries are from the Odyssey range: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and body lotion. It’s a vegan, cruelty-free range made in the UK, in a Black Pepper & Sandalwood blend with Geranium Essential Oil. The scent is warming and uplifting, with a calming sandalwood finish. It’s free from SLS and parabens and comes in bottles made from 100% Prevented Ocean Plastic. If you fall in love with any of them, you can purchase them to take home. Just let us know before or during your stay and we’ll have them ready for you.
Fresh water
We’ve fitted a Water2 filter to our water system, so you can drink straight from the tap with confidence, or fill the fridge water tank to keep it cool.
Welford Road is a quiet residential street, home to families and professionals, so our properties aren’t suitable for parties or events. We ask all guests to respect our neighbours.
To help keep the peace, each property has a Minut sensor that measures noise level (in decibels), temperature and humidity. It doesn’t record or listen to conversations.
For the safety of our guests, Ring security light cameras cover the front path and yard and the back door and garden area. there are no cameras inside the property. A sign in the window lets you know they’re in operation. When it’s dark, motion-sensor lights come on as you walk through the gate, lighting up the front and back yard so you can arrive safely.
We use a keypad lock for entry, and we’ll text you your personal code on the morning of your arrival.
Day before your arrival, we will text you Parking suggestions and housekeeping operations.
